Erika + Ryan | Brunch Wedding at the Old Field Club, Setauket

Get ready for a TON of photos in this post, because this brunch wedding at The Old Field Club in Setauket was seriously stunning. My friend Jenny from Wildflower Florals knocked it out of the park and I could not stop taking detail shot after beautiful detail shot. Erika + Ryan are such a fun, adoring couple and this daytime brunch wedding was absolute perfection.

First of all, bride Erika is SO bubbly and radiant – you can see her personality shine through in every photo. I loved capturing the special moments between her and her family members when she was getting ready.

Jenny of Wildflower Florals is the best in so many ways, and she always saves me loose stems to style flatlays of stationery and other details. Brides spend so much time choosing their invitations, shoes, and accessories, so it’s really important to me to capture them on camera.

The florals really stood out at this wedding. Erika and Ryan wanted an organic, rustic feel to their day with lots of greenery and soft blooms. Erika’s flower crown was to die for, and I got so many great shots of the individual garlands and centerpieces all over the venue.

Located right on the water and deep in the winding back roads of Setauket, The Old Field Club is a really great venue for rustic yet upscale weddings. Since their wedding was pretty early in the spring, Erika and Ryan opted to do an indoor ceremony in front of the club’s beautiful fireplace.

Erika and Ryan opted for a daytime brunch wedding and it was perfect. The vibe was super relaxed and fun – if you’re planning your wedding right now, I would definitely recommend thinking about doing a daytime one! They had a musician playing ukulele and piano, and their adorable ring bearers were cracking everyone up on the dance floor.

This couple is so overwhelmingly, joyously head over heels for each other. They couldn’t stop beaming all day, and everyone in the room could feel their love. I’m so happy that I got to capture these beautiful moments for them!
