I absolutely adore fall foliage and all the limitless possibilities it holds for engagement sessions. The rich, vibrant colors bring out the beautiful love you two share in the most fantastic way, and the leaves give the warmest vibes to every single photo. I love being able to capture the essence of the changing leaves as the two of you embrace under the towering trees, because not only are the leaves turning, but you are, too! Engagement photos are such a great way to capture this turn in your lives, and it’s such a stunning transformation.

Autumn is always a favorite season for my couples, so I find myself booked back-to-back during peak fall foliage months! It’s such an amazing time to capture this time in your life, so it’s no wonder everyone wants to book in October and November! One tip I always give all of my fall-loving couples is to keep in mind when the leaves start to drop, because the deeper you get into autumn, the less fall foliage colors you’ll see showing up in your images. Just something to remember as you start to plan your photos!

Jillian + Joey were so sweet, and they couldn’t have picked a more perfect season for their session. The colors at Avalon Park in Stony Brook were in full swing, and the fall foliage absolutely radiated behind them. These two were such a picture perfect couple, and the way they looked at each other was so swoon worthy. They knew exactly how to melt into each other with almost no direction, and they were both such a refreshing burst of energy. I absolutely loved this quintessential fall shoot so much!
