An Emotional Black Tie Affair at Woodmere Country Club

Wedding days are my absolute favorite days. They are always so full of emotional first look moments, inspiring ceremonies brimming with the sweetest sentiments, and the bride + groom tearing up the dance floor with their favorite people surrounding them. There truly is nothing better than seeing two people profess their love for one another in front of their biggest fans, and having an insiders look into such a beautiful day is something I’ve grown to look forward to every weekend during wedding season.

Dina + Ricky’s elegant Woodmere Country Club wedding was no exception to the rule, with the most incredible ceremony arch details, the chicest pink velvet Giuseppe Zanotti heels (that Dina tied a red string onto for good luck – something her family has always done on wedding days!), and a set of etched heirloom rings that were the perfect testament to how much history Dina + Ricky will share in their lives together.

One of my favorite parts of the day was Dina + Ricky’s adorable first look – Dina couldn’t stop smiling as soon as Ricky turned around, and it even made me emotional! The way these two completely relaxed as soon as they saw each other made for some stunning portraits, and with the beautiful scenery of Woodmere and two sweethearts madly in love, their beautiful day couldn’t have been more emotional and intimate.

Congratulations, Dina + Ricky! Thank you so much for trusting me to be there on your special day – I am so, so happy that I was there to witness your first steps into forever. I can’t wait to see where your journey in love takes you!
