Okay only FOUR hours left to spare but I made it with a little NYE post! 2025 marked my 14th wedding season and what an incredible year it was. We worked at so many different venues this year and every single couple was so special (hi I love you guys) — I felt the shift of a slower season that felt softer and less jam packed. Avoiding that burn out and just finding the perfect sweet spot between it all while learning to navigate and balance motherhood.💛

It’s never lost on me what a gift it is to get to do what I love for a living. There’s so much more that I love about every single wedding day that isn’t shared on here or in the breakdown summary of it all. Yes it’s incredible to be able to work along side such talented vendors at gorgeous places — yes I love sharing the pretty details and the pretty portraits… but so much of it all isn’t shared online.

.. Like what an honor it is to be the one who might be capturing that last memory with a grandparent, to hear the private vows no one else does, to witness the quiet tears during a first look after so much build up. The space we hold for the love ones who aren’t able to be there.. the small talk we share with dad while he waits for his first look with his daughter, the laughter and tears during speeches. So many vulnerable and intimate parts of the wedding day that are such a privilege to be a part of. Thank you for choosing me to be that person to capture it all and stand by your side!

Beyond weddings, so many other sessions this year that were SO special to be a part of. I love you all— here’s to more memories captured next year 🫶🏼🫶🏼
