Spring weddings on Long Island – is there anything better?

Katie + Johnny planned their wedding at the perfect time of year: it was warm but not hot, there was gorgeous sunlight, and all the spring flowers at East Wind were in bloom.

I loved the rustic, DIY details that Katie + Johnny incorporated into their wedding day. They had one of my favorites, Barratini Productions, for the entertainment, so I knew the dance floor was going to be packed. I loved their amazing Sangria Bar – so much fun!

Katie + Johnny have a sweet love story and an even sweeter proposal! Johnny proposed to her during the firehouse’s Santa Parade. Johnny came by with his firehouse, and had Santa come get Katie and bring her outside. Johnny proposed with all the firefighters holding up signs behind him. I love it!

Their wedding day was so beautiful and I was so happy to share it with them and their families!
