This shoot was so incredible!  It’s no secret that I love shooting at Prosser Pines in Middle Island – it’s like being in a secret, magical forest wonderland hidden in the middle of Long Island.  (See all of my Prosser Pines shoots here!)

Melissa’s outfit was PERFECTION. I loved the formality of her satiny white dress contrasted with the rustic background. It photographed so well: the perfect dress for twirling in!

Engagement Shoot Tip: I know, I know. When you’re wedding planning,  it seems like the expenses are never-ending, and there’s only so many pretty white dresses a girl can fit into her closet and budget. If you want a dress like Melissa’s for your engagement shoot but don’t want to buy another expensive dress, I suggest using your engagement party or bridal shower dress for your shoot. Another option is Rent the Runway!
